Jacobowitz and Gubits, LLP is seeking to expand our Real Estate Team by adding an Associate Attorney. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of practice experience specifically transactional real estate experience.
Associate Attorney – Land Use/Municipal
Jacobowitz and Gubits, LLP is seeking to expand our Municipal/Land Use Team by adding an Associate Attorney. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of five to seven years of practice experience specifically in land use and municipal law, transactional real estate experience, a plus.
This position requires that successful candidates have an ability to build rapport with clients, including municipal clientele, by maintaining excellent client relations and be able to work in a collaborative atmosphere in the office. Candidate must have outstanding writing, analytical and communication skills along with strong client service values. Responsibilities will include working with municipalities including various Town Boards, Planning Boards and Zoning Boards. You will be required to prepare correspondence, memoranda, real estate and litigation documents.
