Associate Attorney – Matrimonial Law, Family Law (Walden, NY office)
Matrimonial/Family Law Associate Attorney with a minimum of three to five years of practice experience to join our growing firm. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the areas of contested and uncontested divorces, custody and support cases. Candidate must have ability to build rapport with clients maintaining excellent client relations and work in a collaborative atmosphere. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to drafting motions, conducting depositions, appearance at court conferences and trials, along with ability to manage a file from start to finish. Candidate must have excellent writing and courtroom skills along with outstanding negotiation skills.

Associate Attorney Municipal/Land Use/Real Estate (Walden, NY office)
We are seeking to expand our Municipal/Land Use Team by adding an experienced Associate Attorney. Our ideal candidate will have three to five years of practice experience specifically in land use, municipal law and real estate. This position requires that successful candidates have an ability to build rapport with clients by maintaining excellent client relations and be able to work in a collaborative atmosphere. Candidate must have excellent writing, analytical and communication skills along with strong client service values. Responsibilities will include working with municipalities, including Planning Boards and Zoning Boards; conducting residential and commercial real estate closings. You will be required to prepare correspondence, memoranda, real estate and litigation documents.
