Martin S. Butcher is Senior Counsel concentrating in matrimonial and family law including divorce and child custody. He is detail oriented and focuses on the information required to receive a fair and equitable resolution for his clients, whether through settlement or trial.
Martin received his LLB with Honors from the University of Westminster in London, England in 2004 and then moved to the United States.
Martin was a law clerk at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C., in Rockland County and an Associate at Montalbano, Condon & Frank, P.C. also in Rockland County where he concentrated on family law, alongside residential real estate and estate planning.
Martin is admitted to practice in the state of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Rockland County Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Director for the Rockland County Bar Association and the Legal Aid Society of Rockland County. He is also a committee member of Boy Scout Troop 416 in Washingtonville where he resides with his family.
