Paul E. Denbaum is an associate attorney practicing landlord tenant, litigation, municipal and real estate.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Oswego in May, 2007. Paul earned his Juris Doctorate in May, 2010 from Albany Law School in Albany, New York.
Prior to joining the firm of Jacobowitz and Gubits, Paul worked for Thoroughbred Title Services as General Counsel in Rye Brook, New York. He currently serves as a Councilman in the Town of Kent. He also worked at Lewis & Greer P.C., in Poughkeepsie, New York as an Associate Attorney.
Paul is a member of the New York State Bar and admitted to practice in the U.S., the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York.
Paul is a member of the Brewster Senior Housing Foundation, the Chairman of the Town of Kent Sewer District Advisory Board and Liaison to the Town of Kent Zoning Board of Appeals.
