On May 27, 2004, Donald G. Nichol, Partner on the municipal team of Jacobowitz & Gubits, LLP spoke at Pace Universities Continued Legal Education Seminar "Municipal Ethics for Practitioners and Public Officials". Mr. Nichol spoke about Attorney - Client Privilege in the Public Sector. The seminar was to enable municipal officials, attorneys and ethic board members to improve their understanding of the ethical constraints imposed on local government officials and employees and the ethical responsibilities imposed upon municipal attorneys when representing government clients.
