On Tuesday, February 24, 2004 Partners David B. Gubits, Esq. and Gerald A. Lennon, Esq. of Jacobowitz & Gubits, LLP conducted a Continuing Legal Education Seminar for Pace University on 1031(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. Their discussion provided useful tools to defer gain on exchanges of real estate, and raised a host of practical questions. The program was held at Pace's Hudson Valley Center in New Windsor, where a variety of CLE programs are offered.
