Kirk Van Tassell grew up in New Paltz and recently purchased a home in Bloomington with his wife Paige, a biology teacher at Arlington, High School in Dutchess County.
Kirk is a 1995 graduate of the University of Scranton, with a BS in Management, Magna Cum Laude, Delta Mu Delta and National Honor Society in Business Administration and recipient of the 1995 Excellence in Management Award. A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, Kirk earned a Juris Doctor degree, with an area of concentration in Business Transactions. Mr. Van Tassell was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 2001 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
