- We average between 400 and 500 closings per year for residential homes and lots ranging from lots under $30,000 to homes over $1,000,000.
- Represented seller of 9.5 acres near I-84 in sale of vacant commercial tract for $1.5 million.
- Represented purchaser in acquisition and leaseback of 110,640 square foot warehouse on 9.2 acres.
- $3.0 million construction mortgage with Chase Manhattan Bank, and sale of townhouses in Harriman, New York.
- Represented assembler of multiple parcels at major interstate exchange.
- $1.6 million sale of office building,Town of Wallkill, New York.
- $3.2 million construction mortgage Midland Mortgage Investment Corp. and permanent mortgage with Farmers Home Administration - Senior Citizen Housing, Warwick, New York.
- Represented seller in sale of 114.5 acres for construction of major distribution center; Montgomery, New York.
- $20 million refinance and sale with Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation of multiple apartment complexes.
- Urban Development Action Grants for expansion of municipal services.
- $45 million mortgage transaction on multiple apartment complexes.
- Multimillion sale of commercial real estate in New York City with IRC Section 1031 exchanges for both industrial and retail properties in two states.
- $10 million sale of approved business park with IRC Section 1031 exchange for large retail facilities in the south.
- We represented clients who created the first industrial condominium, commercial cooperative, and apartment conversion in Orange County. We have formed numerous residential condominiums and homeowner associations of single and multiple phases.
