The Municipal Team is well experienced in all matters of municipal government and municipal law, including real property taxation, zoning and other land use regulation, environmental law, public authorities, special districts, sewer and water systems,road improvements, public finance, public employee and civil service law, labor relations, real property, parks and recreation, civil rights, municipal liability, insurance coverage issues, IDA, Urban Renewal and CDF federal funding and grantsmanship.
We are listed in the Bond Buyers Municipal Market Place so that our opinion letters are accepted by those many financial institutions that will underwrite municipal financing only if bond counsel is so listed.
