Paula Elaine Kay

Paula Elaine KayPaula Elaine Kay is “of Counsel” to Jacobowitz and Gubits, LLP. Paula’s primary areas of responsibility with Jacobowitz and Gubits are in real estate and land use. She is the Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Thompson and the Legislative Director for Assemblywoman Aileen M. Gunther. Paula is the immediate past president of the Rock Hill Business and Community Association, an office held for the last four years. She is a member of Rock Hill Sullivan First, counsel for the Rock Hill Volunteer Ambulance Corp., a pro-bono position, counsel for the Rock Hill Fire District, and a member of the Sullivan County Bar Association.

Paula is a former counsel to the New York City Council’s Committee on Housing and Buildings and the New York City Council Speaker’s Commission on the Homeless. She is a graduate of Wesleyan University and Brooklyn Law School where she was Editor in Chief of the Journal of International Law and an Edward V. Sparer Public Interest Law Scholar.
