Jackie Henry - Thompson is a paralegal/real estate closer on the firm's Real Estate Team. She provides mortgage closing services for financial institutions which the firm represents. Jackie also conducts closings for several of the new home builder clients of the firm. Under the supervision of a partner on the team, she conducts research and prepares court documents to aid not-for-profit and religious corporations in the sale, purchase and mortgage of their facilities.
Jackie has over 25 years combined experience in the financial, real estate and legal fields. She has been a Director of Branch Operations and Regional Branch Manager for two major New York Credit Unions. She holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Suffolk Community College and is a graduate of Adelphi University with a Masters in Banking and Finance.
Jackie is a licensed Real Estate Broker; she is a current member of Orange County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also an officer of an international charity which provides financial counseling to persons with financial difficulties.
Jackie, who is originally from Jamaica, resided in Canada for 4 years prior to coming to the United States in 1990.
