Patrick D. Donnelly is an associate with the firm's Municipal and Environmental/Land Use Team.
He received his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University School of Law, consistently ranked as one of the top three law schools in the country for environmental law. Patrick was an editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review and received an Environmental Law Certificate. Mr. Donnelly was a University Merit Scholarship recipient, on the Dean's List, and graduated cum laude.
Patrick received a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Environmental Policy from The Maxwell School at Syracuse University in 2002. He received his Bachelor of Science in Marine Science and graduated cum laude with honors from Long Island University in 2000.
Patrick previously worked for the Environmental Finance Center at Syracuse University Westchester County Department of Health as an Environmental Technician and the Land Use Law Center at Pace University School of Law.
Originally from Syracuse, New York, he has relocated to Chester, New York after joining the firm in 2008.
