F. Bryan Paz is an attorney with the firm's litigation team, practicing with an emphais in the family and Matrimonial Law area, but also with a depth of experience in other areas of litigation, including both civil and criminal.
After graduating from Valley Central High School, Mr. Paz attended the University of Pennsylvania, on a full Naval ROTC scholarship. Upon leaving Penn, he went to work for Yellow Freight Systems, employed in their distribution system, where he worked for almost eighteen years. While continuing to work full time, Mr. Paz returned to school on a full time basis. He earned his B.B.A. in Public Accounting from Pace University in White Plains in 1992, and then his Juris Doctorate degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University in New York City in 1995. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1996, and subsequently was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, S.D.N.Y. and the Court of Appeals, Federal Court. Mr. Pax serves as an Officer and Board Member on several local not for-Profit corporations, including the Walden Local Development Corp., the Wallkill Valley Health Coalition Corp., Hudson River Healthcare; he is a former member and past Chairman of the Town of Montgomery Democratic Committee. Mr. Paz lives in the Town of Montgomery with his wife and twin daughters.
