Elizabeth K. Cassidy

Elizabeth K. Cassidy is an associate with the firm's Municipal and Environmental/Land Use Team splitting her time between our offices in Walden and Monticello.

Ms. Cassidy advises both municipal and private developer clients on wide variety of land use, zoning and environmental regulatory issues. Ms. Cassidy represents clients before land use approval boards and before the courts if needed. She has successfully argued before the Appellate Division on a 1983 claim.

Ms. Cassidy graduated from Lafayette College (Easton, PA) cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Government and Law (Honors) in 2005. While there, she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Cassidy received her Juris Doctor from Pace University, School of Law in 2008, cum laude with a certificate in Environmental Law. At Pace, she was a Land Use Law Center Merit Scholar and one of two 3rd Year Land Use Center Honor Students. Elizabeth also served as class representative to the Student Bar Association.

Elizabeth volunteers as an alumni admissions representative for Lafayette College acting as a liason for students attending Warwick Valley Central, Monroe-Woodbury, Goshen, and Cornwall High Schools.

Originally from Norwalk, CT, Elizabeth lives in Warwick, NY with her husband, Jeremy.
