David Gandin
David Gandin is a litigation managing attorney, with primary responsibility for Criminal Law (including driving and traffic violations), Real Property Title Issues, Surrogates' Court Litigation, Matrimonial Practice, Section 1983 Matters, and Collections, as well as general litigation.
David graduated from Vassar College in 1992 with his B.A. in Political Science. In 1997 David received his Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law at American University. He is admitted to practice law in New York (1999) and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals (1998).
Mr. Gandin's previous experience included serving as a law clerk for the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, several years as a criminal defense attorney for the Legal Aid Society and principal law clerk to the Honorable Robert Dibella, Acting Supreme Court Justice.
He resides in Highland, New York.
